Description

This documentary, produced by the Vatican’s Dicastery for Communication and directed by Silvina Pérez and Stefano Anella under the editorial supervision of Andrea Tornielli and Franco Piroli, pays tribute to the pontificate of Pope Francis. Through Vatican Media archive footage and personal testimonies, it revisits the defining moments of the papacy, from the election of Pope Francis on 13 March 2013 to the funeral in April 2025. The film highlights apostolic journeys, closeness to those on the margins of society, appeals for peace, the enduring message of Laudato si', and the memorable invitation at World Youth Day Lisbon 2023: “Everyone, everyone, everyone.”
