EspañolSaint Pio from Pietrelcina, universally known as Padre Pio, was a friar, priest, bearer of stigmata and a mystic. This documentary will investigate his life since his childhood, his sufferings, the unexplained and Divine Mercy. We will see the places where he lived, some rare footage from his life, the buildings and works of art built in his name; we’ll listen to people miraculously-cured through him, those who knew him personally and those who still study his words and actions.
